Arts

The Arts at Loxton High School incorporates both the Performing Arts and Visual Arts. The Australian Curriculum underpins the learning programs which have the capacity to entertain, challenge, engage and enrich students’ knowledge about themselves, their communities and world culture. Arts learning enables students to acquire knowledge, skills and understanding specific to the subject and encourages students to create, design and communicate ideas, emotions and experiences.

Through the Arts, students are given the opportunity to take part in numerous extra curricula programs including Musical, Choir, Concert Band, Drama performances, exhibitions and competitions.
