As a whole-school approach, PB4L ensures that our expectations are explicitly taught, intentionally reinforced, and consistently upheld. By shifting our focus from reacting to mistakes to proactively teaching and recognising positive actions, we empower students to develop important social and emotional skills. Where errors occur, our responses are consistent, supportive, and focused on learning, ensuring every student can grow in a safe environment.
